Kathy Wasilewski

General Manager & Vice President of University Placement

Kathy serves as both General Manager and Vice President of Placement. In her placement role, she leads operations in collaboration with university programs that require comprehensive clinical and experiential practicums. She develops and executes strategies to link students with important hands-on training opportunities. Kathy also acts as a thought partner to universities, offering insights and innovative solutions to help them navigate the changing educational landscape.

Kathy has over 15 years of experience in higher education, focusing on improving access and outcomes. Driven by a strong passion for making a positive impact on communities and individuals, she has played a key role in the success and growth of more than 20 university partners. Her expertise includes educational operations, managing complex processes, and engaging students.

Prior to her time at Noodle, Kathy held roles at 2U and the University of Southern California. She holds a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s in International Business from Pepperdine University.
